All of our services start with an initial consultation.
With our design services, our goal is to create a space that meets all of your functional needs but that is also aesthetically pleasing. As such, the designer will ask you questions to gain some insight into how the space(s) will be used and your style. You can share with the designer inspiration photos you have and/or information about any key items you would like to remain in that space.
For in-person design services, the designer will then visit the home to take pictures and some measurements. You decide whether you just want to receive design plans that you can implement on your own or if you would like the designer to remained involved in implementing the design plan.
For virtual design services, you receive:

Design boards showing your color scheme and picturing all selected items.

A final shopping list including recommended items, prices, and purchase information.

A final design session to review the selections and answer any questions you may have.
With our staging services, our goal is to create spaces that appeal to a broad range of buyers. You choose whether you want us to develop a staging plan for you, which includes a checklist with step-by-step decluttering instructions and a list of items to be included in the space, or if prefer the designer to provide complete staging services which includes rental of the needed items to stage the home.
In-person design and staging services are only offered in a limited geographic area. Call for more details.
